Talking Public Health with Yuru Huang

Yuru Huang, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine at the University of Tennessee. Her research explores how food policies and different aspects of the food environment influence population dietary outcomes. She has a particular interest in digital food retail and in using data science to advance dietary public health research.

Her talk is titled, “Building a healthy food environment to improve population diets,” and it will be available in person and online.
