Talking Public Health with Whitney Irie

Whitney C. Irie is an assistant professor at Boston College’s School of Social Work, a lecturer in Population Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and research faculty at The Fenway Institute. She is an implementation scientist and critical health equity scholar whose work centers Black women as producers of knowledge, architects of solutions, and leaders in advancing sexual and reproductive health. Her talk is titled, “In the Wake: What Black Women Teach Us About Health, Care, and Implementation.” Join us in-person or online via Zoom.
