Talking Public Health with Mercedes Bravo

Mercedes Bravo is an assistant professor and associate director of community in the Global Health Institute at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. An environmental epidemiologist, her research examines how environmental exposures and social and structural drivers of health combine to produce and perpetuate disparities across the life course, from birth outcomes and childhood development to cardiometabolic and maternal health.

Her talk is titled, “Health has an address: Environment, equity, and public health,” and it will be held in person and online.
