Staff meeting with the dean

SPH staff are invited to join colleagues for coffee and conversation with Dean Galea. These staff meetings aim to foster open dialogue about questions and concerns related to the school, as well as to encourage critical thinking about leadership and growth within the School of Public Health.

At this meeting, the Staff Administrative Advisory Council (SAAC) will join Dean Galea to facilitate a discussion regarding staff professional development at the SPH. The SAAC encourages staff to come prepared to share thoughts on:

• Support needed for career development
• How staff members would use professional development funds
• Successful examples of development programming from past experiences
