Global health seminar with Margaret McNairy

Margaret McNairy, MD, MSc, will speak on “The crisis of early-onset, untreated hypertension in Haiti: from epidemiology to implementation science.” The seminar will be held in Room 303 of the Farrell Learning & Teaching Center on the WashU Medical Campus, and on Zoom.

Dr. McNairy is the David C. and Betty Farrell Professor of Medicine, chief of the Division of General Medicine & Geriatrics and chief of the Division of Hospital Medicine at WashU Medicine, and a member of the secondary faculty at WashU Public Health.  She is a general internist physician scientist with a research focus in HIV and cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment in resource-poor settings.
