Michelle Silver, PhD, ScM, is an assistant professor of surgery in the Division of Public Health Sciences. An epidemiologist and health services researcher, Silver examines how to best use results from epidemiologic studies to make and implement evidence-based decisions in cancer screening and prevention globally.
