Kevin Young Xu, MD, MPH, is an assistant professor of psychiatry and a health services researcher who specializes in substance use disorders. Xu studies how clinical trial findings on the treatment of and recovery from addiction apply in real-world situations, especially in populations underrepresented in research such as pregnant people.
