Andrew Knight, MA, MS, PhD, is the Bank of America Professor at Olin Business School. Also the senior advisor to the Chancellor for Leadership, Knight studies teamwork and leadership. Before joining WashU, he co-founded the healthcare risk analytics company Pascal Metrics.
