Lora Iannotti, PhD, the inaugural Lauren and Lee Fixel Distinguished Professor at WashU School of Public Health and the founding director of the E3 Nutrition Lab, will give a lecture titled, “Food Systems and Planetary Boundaries: Research at the Nexus of Nutrition, Climate Change, and Agriculture.” In this lecture, she will discuss how and why food systems play an outsized role in planetary boundary transgressions using research case studies from Ecuador, Haiti, and Madagascar.
